In fact, to her this entire project must be a bit mortifying.  My husband also silently objects to my posting dance videos.  I get it,  I am not the fit, svelte 20 something you expect to see dancing, but I am being authentic. I am just being me and I love the music and the way dance makes my body feel.  I lost 300 pounds doing these crazy moves. I have to share this with someone, hence the videos.
