One suggestion is to find 10 songs YOU like.

Adrienne was 500 pounds and in a wheelchair. She now wears a size 12-14 dress. All this after rising from her wheelchair after seven (7) years and dancing. Adrienne shares her insights, motivation and what works for her as she whittles down to a size 7/8. Adrienne delves into areas such as self esteem, self love and self respect, which she believes are the real core issues behind weight gain and weight loss.
