The Cocktail Party – The Retreat I once attended a retreat meant to help people get in TOUCH with their inner self motivations.  We were required to participate in an exercise that they called “The Cocktail Party”.  The Cocktail Party meant that they cordoned off about 100 people in the space size of a very tiny room that was “supposed” to be a cocktail party.  This imaginary cocktail party lasted for 4 hours! Duality: Cruella or Cinderella It took a lifetime to realize how cut and dry, black and white, all or nothing I am as a person. I blocked someone on Facebook today.  It then landed on the page which shows the number of blocked people. The Scar Left Behind From Being Severely Morbidly Obese I have a deep emotional scar that was left behind from being severely morbidly obese.  I experienced a lifetime of ridicule.  I developed a severe case of agoraphobia which made it difficult for me to leave my home for many years. Agoraphobia is caused from traumatic experiences. debonair Someone debonair is charming or suave. They have good manners, and they probably look good too. This French word has a fancy feel to it, and it is a fancy kind of word. Being debonair is a specific form of being charming that applies mostly to men. When you’re debonair, you impress women, other men, and pretty much everyone with your manners, wit, and style.
